The refund will be made in the same manner in which it was paid. If you paid by credit or debit card, the amount paid will be refunded to your credit or debit card. Please note that other amounts paid will be deducted from the total amount before the refund is made. These fees include: traveler cancellation fees, cash refunds, and discounts. It takes two business days to process the refund request and 15-20 business days to return the amount to your personal credit card account.

Most airlines allow minor corrections to spelling mistakes in names but do not allow major changes to passengers' names after the booking process. If you notice any spelling mistakes in the names, you should send a name correction request to the airline. They reserve the right to finalize this. Please ensure that you enter the correct name that matches the passport to avoid any complications that may arise.

Airlines do not allow you to transfer your ticket to another passenger. In this case, you must cancel the original reservation and make a new reservation in accordance with the change and cancellation policy.

Although unsuccessful bookings on the website are rare, the traveler will contact the booking owner by phone to confirm the booking. If this happens, please do not try to pay online again, as the fees will be calculated twice. Please note that the unsuccessful booking process is due to pressure on bookings for aircraft seats or exceeding the expected time to complete the booking process, such as trying to book a seat that was previously booked, and other reasons.
